911 alternator wiring

can anyone please help - i have a 911 fan/alternator on my lap, and need to know the wiring, i have onit - B+ and B+?
earth (i got that one)
and 2 spade connectors marked D and DF (me thinks)
the number on the fan is - 901 106 101 5R (what car is this off)

i am putting it on my m&W speedster as part of a porsche fan kit i got on ebay

Hey Paul,

I did suss it out one time when I ran the same on my bug some years back, Im sure I wrote it down its just a matter of finding it.

I will have a look in the garage this w/e for my notepad, and come back to ya.

:cry: Sad to say I couldnt find a thing, Ive searched high and low.
If I do come accross it I will post it up, others might need it one day too.

has it got voltage regulator internal,or does it need external one if you have make of alternator ie bosch or motorola it would help
old cars do my head&bank balance in but i never learn

alternator d+ goes to volt reg d+,df goes to df volt reg,d- goes to eth,b+ goes to batt : via starter motor,alt warning light hasbatt via ign switchon one side other side goes to d+ on voltage regulator bulb must be at least 2w to give inital boot current. hope this is off some help
old cars do my head&bank balance in but i never learn
