Old fella but new DDKer!

Post by RoscoP »

Morning All,
After lurking on this board almost since it began, I thought I'd finally make myself known. Over the years I've had many Porsches ie 4 x 911's, 2 x 912's, 1 x 914 and 2 x 356's and I currently own a 2.8 RSR rep, clone, recreation, whatever - it's the orange and black Kremer liveried one that has been on here and IB a few times. I've also got a 59 356A that I'm currently restoring. As it happens (did I sound like Jimmy Saville then?!) one of my old 356 steeds - a silver 59 356B - is currently for sale on Pistonheads for a lot more than the sub £13k I sold it for a few years ago...sheesh!
As far as DDkers go, I've probably met a fair number of you over the years and I'm good friends (I hope!) with 356-911 Dave, Rainer and Mitso who, like me, are Cheshire based.
I've also got a question regarding Radar rep wheels and 356A disc brake conversions but I suppose I should post that in the correct section - don't want to upset The Mods on day 1!
Anyway, good the talk to you all and "thank you for listening".

RoscoP.
