Feedback. I called them to quote on my 356a. I was asked if I had had any other quotes because if they were good they wouldn't bother because it would take a while to get a quote! Needless to say I didn't give the details of any other quotes I've had because it's up to them to work out what the premium is not go £10 over/under. Next the lady said the car wasn't coming up in her system! This is despite it being on their web site. Then I got asked some silly questions about whether I had experience driving these types of cars?? The call ended with them promising to call back in an hour with a rate. More than 24 hours later and no call.
