356 Coupe Replicas

Post by Little b@st@rd »

Hi, seen lots of very nice Speedsters around here, which is great. But is anyone building or running a 356 Coupe replica? Is love to see them If you are as I'm considering a coupe rep myself.

Cheers
Dan.

I won't start bugging people with pms :) but if he'd like to post some pics I'd love to see them, same goes for anyone else.

I do remember that coupe in Mexico from a good few years back, was rather put off importing one from so far away, so I was happy to hear Martin & Walker coupes are back in production, better that way in case something goes wrong methinks.

Phil, 356 Outlaw sold his along time ago.

There's probably some pics in the member car gallery still or at least somewhere.

I've just been having a dig around the site, (which is great btw) and found a few threads and pics of 356 coupes. If anyones intresed and if I have the time, I'll compile all the pics and links to the threads and post them in this thread at the weekend.

Found this in an old thread, so some of you may have already had the pleasure, if not click here http://gallery.mac.com/tomdewalt#100043 to see Tom De Walt's sublime 'green hornet' 356a coupe replica

Don't think Barrie (Martin & Walker) has plans to make any more 356 Coupes in the near future ...

Yes, I'd heard that, however the website was updated late last year to say the coupes have been put back into production. Hopefully when I finally raise the cash he'll sell me one!

Guys

For info I bought Phils car a couple of years back - this is the black and white M and W coupe. Cars having a bit of a longer than planned spell on axle stands but I've added a few posts to Grazzles post over on Vzi. Barrie's defo making them again as Grazzles is a new one out of the mould.

Plan to be back on the road this summer!
