I've got a few ideas...

just such an appalling mishmash of conflicting ideas
The simple things you see are all complicated
I look pretty young but I'm just backdated yeah

More b*llsh*t ...

" potent 3.0 litre engine completely rebuilt with 906 cams" - quite an achievement considering 906 cams have 3 bearings & 3 litre cam housings have 4 bearings ...

"produces a staggering 243 bhp, which is transmitted via a Porsche 906 gearbox." - surprising given the rarity of spare 906 boxes & the fact that 906's are mid-engined configuration ...

A genuine 906 transmission on its own would be worth the estimated sale price for the car !

From the age of the car I'm guessing they meant a 901 box

Wonder if there is an original RHD 67S under there somewhere?

Regards

Typical Porsche Shop rubbish!!!

Surely restoring it back to original would be prettier and worth a lot more money.

It would cost you far far more than the value of the car to do.....by a long way....and still wouldn't be numbers matching whatever you ended up with
