REH's own 15k miles from new RST

Post by left4dead »

Well, one of his RSs anyway:

"Light Yellow.

Owned by Russell Edmond - Harris for aprox 20 years (buying the car from it's original and 1st owner) it has remained part of his private collection since.

With an original 23,200 Klm's from new (aprox 15,000 miles), this car has never been restored in any way, still retaining 100% of it's original and 1st paintwork.
The interior of the car is 100% original and also as new and as delivered.

Having owned (and still owning several) more than 150 Carrera RS, this particular car is without doubt the finest we have ever seen - or know of.
The car not only looks but drives as it did when delivered - and as a true 2.7 RS should !

Fitted with sport seats, amongst other options, the car also comes with it's original 6 & 7'' rims (at present fitted with 7 & 8'' NOS ) which are also as new and still fitted with their original tyres !

Complete with all documentation (original handbooks, service records, radio booklet, Factory order sheet and purchase invoice etc ) and all tools and accessories as supplied when new.

A unique opportunity to own the very best and not to be confused with any other RS Touring."

Should we have a sweepstake on the price :?:

I guess £285k although could be under estimating. Maybe £300k is nearer the mark.

Roll up, roll up...

1 x '67S, 3 x 2.4S all RHD

A privilege & pleasure to have owned them all.

I know some DDK'ers who would love to spend time photographing the minute details of a car like that 8)

Is that a sign that "someone" thinks the market has peaked?

Weird that was my first thought too....

I'd like to know how the car drives so well if the tyres are that old
