I've bought from quite a few places, although TBH the overseas suppliers were thankfully at a time when a pound was worth something.
If its the UK Karmann Konnection or Roger Bray are you're main suspects - not sure if PRS supply panels or not?
If overseas then I've used Restoration Design, Trevor's hammer works and Stoddards all in the US. I think its NLA that wont sell to Europeans - they point you in the direction of Elevenparts in Switzerland.
Always found the Europeans to be a lot more pricey, so never bought from Tanners or Mittlemotor etc

I bought from Tanners back in the mid 90's and wasn't impressed with cost or quality, never went back. May have changed since but more than happy with Restoration Design and KK to meet my needs since...

panels
I bought the last ones from Restoration Design. I think Roger Bray uses them as well.
I've also used the Simonsite ones in the past which are OK but the RD ones are a bit thicker - about 1.2mm. They also come zinc plated.
