insurance valuation

Post by Ren »

Well I just got the insurance valuation certificate from the new insurance company I am using after a long 6 month waite.

They say because the engine is out and being rebuilt that they cant value it. So they have estimated £10,000. They will not budge on this amount until the engine is back in the car. I have over £8,000 in receipts for new bits and still spending.

Ha Mark thats a great idea. Then its a moving car and they will have to value it as such.

Great idea. I think my engine will be ready for assembly around end Sept may be mid Oct.

Next big thing to sort out is the valve guides and polishing the heads.

Did you get yours done?
