I have wanted to restore my 911 back to conda green for a couple of
years now so finally got around to starting the project three weeks
ago the idea was to Finnish in time for classic at the castle but
we run out of time a friend of mine is doing all the work

we found a hole in door which had been previously filled with filler

the hole has been cut out and a plate welded in place sorry dont photo's yet .

Mine was also conda green, but I didn't take the brave pill when I had it painted :)

we have decided to paint the 911 with cellulose paint to match the original finnish only five liters of paint needed i thought it would have been a lot more

Looking good :)

Won't it take longer to mask up the window frames than take them out? You'd get a much neater job for 1/2 hour of spannering :)

With two coats of paint the green has a different shade because of the strip lights looks good though

and for the last two more coats now it's looking conda GREEN

It's getting there hopefully it should be completed in a
couple weeks time, the colour does look great very pleased with
it i think i do prefer it to bahia red so it wasn,t to hard for me to make
my mind up when changing the colour back to conda green

Then agin all early porsche colour's are fantastic .

I do regret selling this car :roll:

... but glad you've brought it back to its factory colour. It's looking very good. Hope to see it in the flesh at some point.
