Going to get the 356 going...
I have a T6 B with a 12 volt conversion and was wandering what to look for in a battery when I wander down to Halfords on Saturday.
Any recommendations?
I was just going to ask for a 12 volt for a 1600 beetle as they won't know what a 356 is.
What battery do I get?

have a look inthe manuals for the amp hrs that's the key to these.. also the terminals as well.. Halfords are expensive try a local factor. I am sure you will get a better service and a better price.. try your local Euro car parts I found them very good and also very good for Porsche and early stuff to.. My local one has two guys I knew from G&S days so the help is very good..
i have manuals so if you get stuck..I bet it's not far off what the 912 has. As far as i am aware alittle extra on the amphrs is not a bad thing..just will crank over longer and better..
