I'm very happy to once again to find and become a member of this Forum. I originally registered some time ago, but because of a computer crash and all the associated intriques associated with getting the computer fixed, I lost all my contacts, email addresses, passwords, and the like. Frankly, it was a big mess! My hobby is 356 and 911/912 Porsches and to lose all my contacts built up over many years was quite a blow. So now I have the opportunity to be part of DDK again, with many thanks to the administrators who found my old password and enabled me to properly log on again.
I have a 1965 356-C Porsche, red with black interior, that I have owned since 1972. Over the years, I've redone most everything, some things several times. I've said to my friends, I'm going to die with this car! Fortunately, I have a son who is interested in it so it will stay in the family!
I am also a collector of 356 and 911/912 Porsche Factory sales and technical literature, and have been buying and collecting this stuff for more than 30 years. I never pass up an opportunity to find something new or unusual. Within that interest, I created a website back in 1999 which I have been adding to ever since. I invite you to visit at:
http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/derwhite/D ... rePage.htm
I have also published a book on 356 Porsche sales and technical literature titled: "DerWhite's 356 Porsche Sales & Technical Literature...the BOOK!". I elected to self-publish this book which is 8.5 x 11 inches in size, hardbound, 356 pages (intentionally), and all color. You can see details about this book on the above website.
I look forward to participating in this Form, and again thank the administrators for taking the time to get me back "up to speed"!

Welcome Charlie!
Hope you enjoy the forum.
I bought your book last summer and can really recommend it. Very useful as a reference along with the Merrit and Miller book for all the different literature Porsche issued in the first couple of decades. Must have taken a long while to organise it all.
