why didn't you offer it to club members 1st for a good fair price.

Rather than go, here's an item go chase it..not very club freindly really.

I agree with Mark on this.

I prefer to see DDK members offer goods to other DDKer's at fair prices rather than just using the forum as a platform for ebay adverts. If it doesn't sell on DDK then put it on ebay

Just to clarify the situation, as far as I understand it, and so that no offence need be taken.

There are no actual rules on DDK regarding this type of ad, although some other forums officially frown upon them. As has been said, usually it's considered slightly better form to place an ad with a 'normal' price on it, as by placing it here you are offering it direct to fellow DDK'ers.

The counter argument I suppose would be that if the seller wanted to list on E-bay first and foremost, but nevertheless thought it might be of interest here, then a link would help prevent anyone missing the listing.

Generally though, the ideal (as James has said) it to advertise it here (complete with price) and should it fail to sell, then add to your thread something along the lines of 'Now on E-Bay: (E-Bay link).

As usual, just my 'umble opinion .... :)
