Hi there folks!
I know guy_spyder550 from the 'Spyderclub' forum; he told me about DDK. I am in the process of building a Martin & Walker Technic 550 Spyder. It should be on the road for next Summer. If you are interested you can view my website here:-

Anyway, I haven't even finished the Spyder but I have a strong urge to buy a 911 Carrera; I always wanted one and I particularly like the 80's models as those are the ones that made the biggest impression on me as I was about 18 at that time. I remember seeing a balding 40 something bloke driving a 911 and saying to my friend that it was sad that by the time you had enough money to buy a Porsche you weren't able to fully realise it's 'pulling' potential.......well I'm there! although I do still have my own hair. Does anyone know of any sites that provide a 911 novice with good background info?

Welcome Stephen, just had a look though your website: it's a credit to you, particularly working in such a tight space, especially with the painting side of things.
Best of luck with your project and with finding a 911
.
I'll let the others chime in with some of the top impact-bumper websites, although many on here are no stranger to those models either, so always worth posing any queries here as well: they're all Porsches at the end of the day!
