2.2/2.4 forged 9.5:1 S pistons, bores & new ring set

Post by amallagh »

I'm selling a set of 911 pistons, bores and new ring set to fit a 2.2 or 2.4 engine - NOW SOLD

Pistons are a custom set of 85mm JE 9.5:1 S type forged pistons. I have all the original receipts, fitting instructions and piston make sheet sheet from EBS Racing and JE Pistons. (Originally cost $1000 +VAT +postage)
Pistons were fitted to my engine for a short time which had some lubrication problems and caused some scoring on the piston skirts. A picture of one of the worst pistons is attached. Pistons were only used for <500 miles so are in as new condition apart from the scoring on the skirts. These pistons are reusable.
I have a completely new set of rings from JE for these pistons which I bought recently for £115.
The bores are a matching set of cast iron bores. Just need rehoning before reuse.

Set of pistons & new ring set - £250
Set of matching cast iron bores - £200
Pistons/rings/bores together as a set - £350
PM me if you want any more information
Andrew
