rear shocks Koni, NOS and adjustable

Post by 912uk »

For sale 2 Koni adjustable ( hydraulic ) rear shocks for SWB cars >68

NOS I knew the person who bought these new BTW and he never used them in the end.. I got them with a load of parts I bought when he sold up.. So they have been sitting here and have got marked, so I thought they would fit my car ( 69 ) so i matched the paint and painted them to look new again. But I still can't use them so any one want them

£110 the pair.

The price listed with most places is £117 each Plus VAT etc so get a nice bargain half price and garanteed never been fitted or used.. Chris had alook at them at the fairmile and he agrees they are new.

Koni have emailed me back with details

Mark,

Those would be the rear shocks for a '65-68 Porsche 911 or 912. Made in the USA during the few years that
KONI
manufactured shocks in the US. They are a twin-tube hydraulic non-gas
charged rebound adjustable shock and that specific part number was
superceded years ago by 8040-1083 which is basically the same
shock
with a low pressure gas charge.
