Hello all.

I have now assessed this little car fully, and have decided its too good to turn into a racer.

It has all the signs of very low mileage, and having been cherished most of its life.

It is a late '65 car, December.
Red, and US spec.
Resprayed badly in metallic red, but the door shuts and most importantly the rear crossmember retain their original paint and the unobtainable red bordered stickers are all present and in perfect condition..like new.
There is almost no rust anywhere..front and rear screenpillars are perfect : A .and B-posts, floors, wheelwells and inner wings, torsion bar mounts..all original and seem perfect.
It has had new inner and outer sills and the front suspension pan replaced and there is a previous repair to the left front inner wing where it obviously had a bump....this could use work to make a really good repair ,
I have all the parts, and it has the correct and very rare hockey-puck leather horn push in excellent order.
The dash is intact, and will refinish well, it has the correct factory holes for the OEM radio, and has not been molested.

The interior is all in good order, and all correct.
It has what I believe to the the original factory leather seats, which have a nice patina and need minimal refurb.
It even has what I believe to be the Factory original carpets in usable condition, the rear parcel shelf does need recovering but the rear screen heaters are still in place and the foam tubes too!
It has a tear in the headliner.
The door handles are the correct concave push type, and the only significant missing part is the slanting 911 badge on the boot.
The engine is not its orginal but is an early alu case engine, all in good order and apart for inspection...
(I have a set of NOS pistons for it.)
I have pictures, which TBH do not do it justice..this car needs to be sympathetically refurbished, but emphatically does not need a rebuild..the respray is by far the only major expense she needs..

I would like £15,000 for her..
