Gone but not quite forgotten...
Delivered the 912 to its new owner last night – an occasional DDK-er, so it may pop up again in the fullness of time. Like all 'last journeys' the trip up to Bristol to meet him the car was running better than ever. Paperwork done, cash handed over (felt like we were doing a drugs deal in a motorway service area!) and then back home richer but a little sadder.

So what about............
Sad news indeed Keith,
Now what about adding a 912E to your list but kitting it out with a Jake Raby 911 killer 3 litre motor
Would make a good magazine feature as IMHO a 912E Porsche is the greatest air cooled VW powered machine there ever was. A type 4 Karmann Ghia
perhaps
Well, never mind.
Best wishes and keep on taking it 912Easy
