just wondering what you guys think i should do, ive always wanted a silver porsche and the time is coming to seriously think what i should do regarding my bahama yellow car. is it wise to paint a car that is very original and unmolested or would i be better suited to selling the car and getting another it the silver colour. the dilema i have is that i know mechanically the car is sound as a pound and ive spent over 2k on it in the 5 months since ive had it, manily on trima and seats and getting the car serviced at prs.

any opinions are greatley appreciated.

maybe someone would want to swap a silver one? or a 911 in silver for some cash?

just a thaught

heres the link to some of my pics its tha bahama yellow one half way down

personally unless your car needs a repaint I'd keep the original colour and from the pic's the condition of the paint looks good, be a shame to lose it. Now if it needed repair work and the original paint was in poor condition I wouldn't think twice about repainting it a different colour provided it was a top quality job that doesn't leave any of the original paint visible, door shuts, engine, luggage compartments and so on.

I reckon it looks better than silver anyway 8)

I'd personally keep the original colour - worth more and increased saleability (is there such a word!) in the long run. Plus Bahama is a stunning colour.

I agree Bahama yellow is a great colour, but if silver is your thing then go for it at least you still have a car you know and not an unknown.

Silver is a nice colour, but to popular now days keep it the same, as you dont see many funky 60, 70, colour's on the road which are way cooler. 8) 8) 8)
