DDK 912 Projects lets have an update and a picture..

Post by 912uk »

Well I did this on the 356 side of DDK and I think it helps get a few peoples projects back to the for front of peoples minds, if they like me are weak and feeble when it comes to working in the cold..

So where are the 912 projects I know there is a few about on the site here.. Keep the chat low and the pictures high with short spill on where you are.. and we can do another update in Summer 2007..

So here to kick start it off is my car ( 69 ) and my 65 project picture

Image
The 69 as pictured only a few weeks ( 3 ) ago in France in Le Touque ( Sp )
Currently rebuilding a hot motor for it. Slow but getting there. Poss going to talk with Stu and his Race AJP motor..

A rare glimps of my 65 Project..again very slow on this looking to pick up my steering rack for it..

.....

So come on then where are the DDK 912 projects!!!!!!

My wife and I are taking this 1966 912 from Cape Wrath in NW Scotland to Cape Clear in SW Ireland next April / May to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. With fingers crossed that nothing falls off and that Porsche engineering will keep all together and save the day.

It must be a great relief to have the ability and/or money to keep your 912s in such good condition. Sadly I have neither...I just trust to luck.
