for your wellies?

seriously, yes i have seen one fitted to a 911 once but don't know if it was an official accessory or not.

think the luggage might get a bit warm over the engine grill?

Uggghhh... how much do I want that roof rack :tongue1:

Never seen a picture of a boot rack though. So I'm guessing even if there is one, I wouldn't be able to afford it...

And Nige - wasn't the ski-rack Targa only?

There is a company who make luggage racks (look like the 356 ones) for 911's in the Germany http://www.classic-carriers.nl/ Says no drilling required, not sure if there was ever a dealer option on something like this for a 911 :?

I think luggage racks look fab on 356's, not sure they suit the 911's prosterior in the same manner though.

btw i think i saw you heading towards the M11 on the A102 nr the Bow flyover on the Friday 16th.. around 4pm, i was going in the other direction and in the hack got a flash of Orange zooming past in the outside lane on the opposite carraigeway, looked great amongst the euroboxes 8)

Hi Gilbert. Maybe you're right about that - might have to do some Photoshopping and find out...

On the 16th I was working in Preston, so it wouldn't have been me. Odd to see old Porsches around here! Cool though.
