Side window guides

Can anybody tell me what you call the bits that the side windows slide up and down in.

Mine are a bit rotten and would like to replace them, are they available?

O and if it is does anybody have tips on the easiest way to do this.

Just fitted mine from Forestfine - nice and easy to fit, no problems (but i had got the frame out on the bench)
