Harnesses

Can anyone post photos of the proper harness attachments for an RS Sport / M471? My car had lapbelts fitted as an original option from the factory, but I'd rather have the security of harnesses. I'm assuming that the car still has the original bosses for the harnesses, but I've seen some cars with a clubman style harness with shoulder straps joining up and then going to one mounting in the centre where the top of the rear seat back rest would be (if there was a seat there) and some which have two entirely seperate shoulder straps which are mounted lower down behind the front seat where the lap belts for a rear seat would be mounted (again if there was one)
