2.7S CIS Injection Question

Just spent a rewarding afternoon stripping down the intake system of my 75S so as to fit new injectors and replace all gaskets and seals.

I have bought new plastic sleeves that fit into intake tracks and are used to house the injectors themselves.

My question is the existing plastic sleeves are held in place by what looks like three tabs that are created by deforming the intake track. Is this correct?? If so has anybody changed these sleeves.
