Anyone know who can service and repair old radios?
I bought a 70's Becker Grand Prix from a guy who seems to sell many of them. He's on ebay as 'seerm' and runs mbclassics. I didn't test it when it arrived last January, only fitting it in the car in May when I got it back. Anyway, it didn't work so I emailed him a few times to complain. He washed his hands of it and at the time I didn't have time to go to his 'showroom' and cause a 'scene' as my wife likes to call it. I figure what goes around comes around and I would well advise anyone else not to buy from him.
Inspecting it I found a dry connection and fixed it quite quickly with fresh solder. However, its just packed up again and I can't fix it.
Anyone else had one repaired?
