worth seeing Ritchie first, I had asked about 're-piping' the internals, there are no fins in there like a beetle heat ex so it should be pretty straight forward cut open the shroud put to pipes weld shroud shut. You could just get him to do some J tubes instead be far cheaper?
He's not far from you, Redditch, he's not as expensive as you might think. Plus he's obviously familiar with the setup and the car.
They come up occasionally on Pelican, secondhand.

yeah i was thinking just j tubes. as when i get the company car the porsche will be for weekend and sunny day use only.
so its not like i need the heat but it would be nice to have.
