looks good, got all the right bits and a John Maher motor, that probably cost at least the buy it now price!

Seems good value with that engine.

Tell you what Tom, you buy my 912e and I'll buy this or maybe Rogers :)

Yeah, engine looks well spec'd and very expensive.......wonder if there's a catch?? I'd be trying to sell it for at least £8500...

Must be desperate times if you're trying to sell your 912 to a man with no money ;-)

should imagine an engine put together like by John Maher would be putting out 160-200 bhp

Ex drummer of The Buzzcocks you know!

Really? 8)

See it's leaping up now, only a few hundred from the BIN price.

Oh, just looked, the BIN has gone, so be interesting to see how far it goes.

I'm very happy for it to go to £8500 and more - sets a precedent for mine

did the car sell?

Post by jonnoshore »

I saw Nick's car one weekend, as he had a bumper for sale...

I am astonished it only made £5400... did it get sold?

It looked in good condition when I saw it but the engine was not in when I saw it ~4 months ago, so he has only had it running for a couple of month with that engine.

I hope it is being used.
