Front underside now all completed
and waiting for some final jobs before MOT and road testing

Final few items being fitted.
RHD only snugglers box cover
Engine (as supplied ,bar some detailing)
Now all road legal and weather permitting first proper road testing tomorrow

The car is now finished and with the owner.
It started as a very rusty RHD S
on the jig
blasted shell
and our works completed
Thanks, now on to the next resto project

I bet the owner is chuffed to bits today!
Looks great and so much hard work.
Are there any old ones left for you to do as it seems to me youv'e done them all!

Hi,
There are still some more to restore yet
At the moment this includes:
LHD 2.7 RS
RHD 2.7 RS
and a RHD 2.4T
all at different stages of body/paint work at the moment. I will try and get round to creating/finalising our web site so I can update the progress on these cars.

It must be easier to start with the VIN plate in space and work back from there!

Is that the former PMJT / Gone in 60 seconds car? Not many of that colour around in RHD...
That 2.2s looks like it will need a bit of work too!

Ian, I am not sure of the history of the RHD RS. It is owed by a customer in South Africa, but it is a UK delivered RS.
With regards to the 2.2S that picture makes it look better than it is/was. It was then blasted and looked like this.......

chuffed to bits is about right for how i feel about the car that Alan has produced from the rusting wreck that i gave him.
i cannot say enough good things about the work that Alan did. his attention to detail is quite unbelievable.
highly recommended to anyone with a project of a similar nature to mine.
