25 and a half years

I’ve driven over 200k miles in it though
The simple things you see are all complicated
I look pretty young but I'm just backdated yeah

Since March 2003 ! And there really is nothing else I’d replace it with, not that I’m allowed to now: My son has claimed it as his already !

I still vividly remember the day - 1st June, 1975 - when I walked the short distance from my office to the local Municipal buildings, with the appropriate documents in my hand, to register the change of ownership.

This was in the small country town then known as Fort Victoria - now Masvingo - in what is now Zimbabwe.

At this time, the car was displaying its Rhodesian/Zimbabwean registration number which itself was replaced by the car's original UK registration number when I and the car returned to the UK.
