It's the same registration number because the number is allocated to the person and not the car. I believe it's still like that in Switzerland now.
Was that Goodwood in 1997? I was there and it threw it down all day. I remember the bin bag over the window though. I didn't care about the weather because I was so please to see that car in the flesh.

Tim?
Really great photo's
Well worth waiting for. I have never seen photo's of that crash it must have taken some work to correct that.
Very interesting, thanks a lot. By the way I seem to remember reading that Otto didn't get on so well with the Porsche people and that's why the 64 didn't end up in their museum. I always thought the car should have been bought back as it was obviously so important to their history.
Maybe I have got that all wrong, I guess someone can advise me on that point?

Yeah Mike, and still looking cool!
The photo of the crashed Typ 64 along with a lot of the other photos is in one of the books I have at home I'm sure.

Tim,
I let you know by PM that David Clements in the States was interested in seeing any further photos you might have of the 64 particularly the interior. I am not sure if the last photos you put on were the the ones you held back?
They are all great to look at, and much appreciated. If you have any more???.....
Cheers
