What I can't understand is that "A" you wear a watch, and "B" you have time to look at it---Buy a faster car..

Never been to the breakfast do's---always up and away long before they normally happen, but possible will be there Sunday, but in someone elses "sensible/girlie transport", can't be arssed to get one of of the porkers out (read this as lazy f'..g bas 'd.")

I also chickened out, last night I drove to Chichester on the side roads in the BM the roads were just full of water, so with the rain last night it just probably just got worse.

Pity, I was looking forward to it.

I wonder how many did make it?

I braved the weather, left my house at 7 am and I must say that in a sadistic but very enjoyable way it was the most exciting journey of my life.

First off it was pitch black and hurricane like weather, driving rain and what I thought to be very bad fog was actually the whole car misted up.

most of the roads were flooded and my car become amphibious, aquaplaning at every opportunity, however it stayed on the road, it didnt leak and I am still in one piece.

Finally arrived at Goodwood around 9.30 usually takes me about 1 and half hours, to be greeted by a mini revival, but the theme being christmas. lots of santas, lots of decorations over cars, I would say 150 cars turned up and twice as many people, the sun came out around 10am and most people stayed until around 12.30.

I think the PCGB or similar turned up at around 11 as there were a row of 15 porsches all newish, didnt see any fellow ddkers, you must not be a hardy bunch like the the other folks, or just not as stupid maybe.

This was my first breakfast club and I will be doing another, I didnt have a camera because I thought I was going to be the only one there, I did have my iphone so here is one bad pic.
