Andrew at John Clarkson Autos in Chorley set up the carbs on their rolling road. He didn't push it too far past 4000RPM as it only had 148 miles on the clock. At 4104rpm it made 80.4bhp at the flywheel and 61.1bhp at the wheels with 103lbft max torque. I'll be taking it back to them early next year for another tune.

Thats defintiely the right approach. I rebuilt my engine a little while ago. I did a prelim map to 4k rpm and then a full map after 1k miles.
