Greetings from the tropics!!!

Post by Cam Arnott »

Hi All

Been lurking here a while, as you do!!!

Hi from Darwin Australia. I have one of three early 911's here and I know of one 356 as well.

I did my first tarmac rally back in November (Classic Adelaide) and god help me I'm hooked...! Also done a few lap sprints up here in Darwin.

I am slowly getting a group of Porsche enthusiasts together as a regular gathering, might be the start of a club...! There's about 18 so far, quite a mixed bag of 911's, Cayman, 944's etc

Oh and its about 34C and a tad on the humid side every day here at the moment  8)

Hey Cam,

Another Aussie! I owe you an email - sorry mate; it's been flat out down here and we're all exhausted as Melbourne has been getting Darwin-like weather which we're not at all used to (hot, humid - yuck!)...

Cheers,

Lisa

Thanks guys

I'd love to post some photos , and have read the sticky on how to do it but its just too hard for someone with bugger all I.T smarts

There are much easier ways of putting photos on other sites......I'm sure you would get many more photos here if they were easier to upload.

Just a thought....

Paste pics to photbucket (or simiiar...) and then paste link here. What could be easier? Also means pic host uses their bandwidth not DDK
