GT wheel offset requirements ?

Post by amallagh »

Can anyone tell me what offset I need to get for 7 inch fronts and 8 inch rears on my 914 GT project ?
May go for Minilites.

May consider 8 inch fronts and 9 inch rears but I understand tyres >225/15 for the rear are hard to come by so little point in going wider than 8 inch.

I wouldn't mind knowing this as well :)

If I just bought a set of 15x7s off ebay, what are the chances of getting it right/wrong?

I answered this question on the ClubNARP forum:

Offsets for 7 & 8 x 15" Fuchs are:

7" - 23.3mm
8" - 10.6mm
