Do you/anyone know if Porsche ever colour coded the dashtop with the interior or was it always black?

As far as I was aware it was only black unless you asked them to do something different. But I have never seen one. Later cars have colour coded.

I have a red interior on my 65 912.

Can't find a picture at the moment..
