horn fitment
hi has anyone any idea or pics of how the twin horns are mounted in the front arch somthings can be hard to work out when they have been in bits for so long peter

presuming they are the same as the 912. then as Jamie says they are mounted on a bracket just behind each horn grill.
easier to get to if you can raise the car up.
not got a picture showing the fitment but have got a picture of the horns
Larry took them out to clean them

well if you want to be excepted into the PCGB elite concourers then im afraid horn deffinatly mattersPhilGarner wrote:Started driving to the MOT station the other say and realised the horn no longer worked. That should be the windscreen washer bottle, I should guess
Unless of course it is a special undercarriage cleaning equipment that is installed at each corner to spray an agent, under pressure, the arches and ancilliries clean....

Quite, but these guts do always leave a trace in the towing eye. Therefore, the system requires an extension which, no doubt, will be provided in version 3.0.Helen wrote:ah you mean the special porsche designed rabbit guts removing washer bottle.
