Hi everyone!

Any recommendations where I could get this done - want my SC cams reground to 964 profile...

There are a number of shops in the US that provide this service, I could never find one in the EU.

Quite right Nick, you might be surprised Tim. I spoke to them last year about getting mine done, I decided against it in the end and just reused my stock ones, I wish I'd done it now :roll:.

I'm sure it wasnt a heinous quote (providing they have got the profiles on record to do the grind that is). Let us know how you get on as I may be interested in doing this some time in the near future.

There's also Piper Cams - have used them several times in the past for Jaguar & Aston Martin cams (but not Porsche) & they provided excellent service.

I took mine on holiday to the States with me last year and got them done by drcamshafts whilst I was over there. Good service and not too expensive at all.

Still not used them yet, but it was fun getting stopped in security at every airport whilst I unpacked and they had a look at the rocker shafts :lol:.

:lol: :lol: sounds as bad as me and my cut out section of floor under the smugglers box I cut out a 70 car in San Fran last year and took it as hand lugage much to Jo's rolling eyes :lol: :lol:
