I posted this initially under Tech Advice but I guess this section is where the action is!

I want to draw up a flow chart for a bare shell reassembly to 'back on the road' state. Essential for me and I would hope useful for many members in the future.

So, is the first step to install the loom? or the brake lines, or the ?????? and then, what is step two?

I imagine everyone has their own way of doing things, but I prefer to start with the suspension, steering, brakes, brake lines etc so I have a nice rolling shell. I then mess about fitting some little bits here & there then get the loom installed...

Bob, this a good idea for a thread. I have never done this mysef so cant contribute... but James seems to have a logical first step.

Can any of the more expirienced 911 rebuilders chime in???
