battery charging

Hi
Can any point me in the right direction
I need to wire up my trickly charger but having two batterys which seem to be either paralled up or each works different items on the car, the wiring diagram is not that clear.

Batteries are wired in parallel.

I use a conditioner on either battery at any one time - seems to condition the pair of batteries.

Thank for the info will give it a try, my systems a conditioner as you call it,
Just didnt think it would keep both batteries charged.
