It was in GB, though I don't think it makes a habit of it. The pic was probably taken a couple of years ago when it was over here for the Festival of Speed.
This is definitely a Type 60K10 from 1939 ("Berlin-Rom-Porsche" - only 3 cars were made, only one survived) - and due to the license plate it has to be the car once belonged to the famous race driver Otto Mathé from Innsbruck, TIROL. This car disappeared under very suspicious circumstances after Otto Mathé passed away in November 1995.
Ferry Porsche himself tried to buy this car from Otto Mathé, but he didn't get it. Otto Mathé never sold it ...
