MFI Cam Pulley - a slight problem

Ah, I see. I'll take the plugs out and turn the engine over on the starter. The car's in the dry now and won't be getting wet . Yes, I uppose that the water getting in through the intakes is the only explanation.

I was considering taking off the other heat exchanger to see if there was water in there but I suppose there's not much point, it will soon come out when the engine's running.

Started the engine for the first time in 6 months. Back in business.

Oh, I forgoet, Barry, I did try epoxying the end of the cam shaft. The fit between the pulley and the cam is very precise and I couldn't get the pulley to sit correctly with epoxy between them so I ended up wiping it off. Used the spare to glue a penny washer to the insides of my door lock hopefully solving my short pin problem.
