Original tyre width for 2.0L 4 bolt Fuch's...

Post by jonnoshore »

The reason I ask is I have an original set and plan when change needed to fit original width tyres so there is more handling than grip (with 80hp only) I do not want it to be over tyred...

I think I have 195 on there at moment... I would imagine these should be 165 with higher profile to match circumference.

this one shows a standard 914-6 from 1970/71

it should have a 165 HR 15 (with tube)

I guess the profile of the 1973 tyres (2.0 Liter Fuchs) would be the same or at least very similar ...
