Brake set up for replica or outlaw 356

Post by Ignatzcatz »

I put this rear brake set up when I wanted to run 5 on 130 pattern for Fuchs wheels on my outlaw 356. I got all new parts including back plates that were for VW but fitted my 741 gearbox, new brake shoes, new spacing plates, new wheel cylinders, new adjusters, new hand brake cables, new fitting kit and of course new 5 on 130 pattern brake drums. They were on the car for only about 80 miles when I scored and subsequently fitted an early rear 911 disc brake system. So they are a perfect tried and tested set up for a speedster replica or an outlaw that wants to run 911 style wheels. This lot cost over 500 so I reckon 250 would be a fair price for all this virtually new stuff. Give us a call on 01403 217297 mob: 07941 268159 email graham@kerrhouse.co.uk if it's of interest.
I'm going to a few air cooled events throughout the year so I may be able to help with transport.
