Lot 126 at the Monaco Historique was Denzel DK28. Wearing a Porsche badge for her first race 1 month after registration I wonder if she was originally fitted with a 356 engine; anyone able to advise if Jim Perrin’s book confirms? Sold for €95k / €109k, well short of the €314k DK32 made in 2019

Prior to her SCCA career, the Speedster is said to have been traded into Bob Holbert’s Garage and driven by Bob’s son Al to high school and then Lehigh University (while studying Mechanical Engineering Al worked for Roger Penske).
