WTB: Front Bumper with Fog Delete (for LWB)

Post by Silver911SC »

Hi all

I am after a front bumper for a 911T with fog light delete like the photo.

Happy to buy, or swap. I do have a new Dansk version with fog holes and cover plates. I also have a 911S bumper painted and an RS style one painted. So 3 options I could do a deal with, or buy outright.

I don't think the factory ever made front bumpers without the fog holes. (except for 72S and 73RS with the spoiler)

I have one of these front bumper hanging on my wall, and it’s in excellent condition. I’ve always assumed it was an original part, so I’d be happy to learn more about this. Did Porsche ever make these without the cut-out for the fog light? I´m not able to upload a picture of it due to filesize of 256 Kib?

Resize the image first:
If your operating system is Windows: Open the image in the Photos, click the three dots, find the "Resize" option, and enter new, smaller size to just under 256 Kib.

I have tried to resize it, but I cannot go any smaller than 290 KB. I have an Imac.

You should be able to re size it to 256kb on an iMac?

I find sometimes I have to re size the image in preview, save it as a second file, and then re size that file, if that helps?

Use the tapatalk app is the easiest way to upload images and you can upload medium size free of charge.

I’ve managed to upload your photo.

Some people welded blanking plates in to the fog holes and Dansk make a version exactly like this photo, so might be one of those.

This is the colour of the car (light ivory) so I’d be interested in buying or swapping for 1 of the 3 nice new or restored examples I have.
