I used one of these spot welders to do a lot on my 911 restoration in the very late '80's.
I hired mine (I was the only person who did apparently) and the welder was SUPERB.

Saves so much plug welding, grinding, and gives the 'factory' weld indentations if that is important.

If anyone is embarking on a big rebuild, this will be an asset as much as a MIG welder esp with a box of arms and tips.
