Windscreen mechanism removal

Hi,
I need to remove the front windscreen motor and mechanism. The Haynes manual is very brief on this issue - to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There must be a knack to this - any ideas?

Sorry, I meant how to remove the windscreen wiper motor and mechanism!

To do it easily you need to remove the dashpad

Thanks Nick - its out. Helped when I undid the vertical strap behind the motor.
