As per the title I’m after a later 915 (aluminium) diff side plate.

Just a thought:

Jonathan Williamson went looking for new gearbox cases last week and found some, maybe he also saw some covers in his search?
I know his 915 has a machined eng cover from years back, so just might have one?

No, I didn't come up with anything from the usual suspects, but have got a new diff casing on the way from Porsche .............
For what it's worth Gary, I would go for a new side cover, then at least you know where you're starting from. Any orphan side cover will have a back story!
