I’m happy to confirm what anyone has ordered already. Although if you click on the link on the confirmation email you received you can go in and edit your selections.

Neil, you have a single T-shirt at £22 on your booking.

DDK Meet Edition 2 - 2025 - discussions thread

Evening all, wanted to give you all the heads up that Caffeine and Machine booking is now open.

Go to…

https://caffeineandmachine.com/whats-on-the-hill/

Select July 19th and book yourself into a morning slot that suits you.

Please make sure to do this ASAP to get the slot for your arrival.

As mentioned above, orders for apparel close on June 1st.
I am happy to check what anyone has ordered for them if they can’t remember, but you are able to go into your booking and modify it by clicking the link on your confirmation email.
A donation from all orders goes to DDK Charity so get your orders in to help out, as well as the fact the stuff is just damn well cool!! Haha!
Anything you have ordered needs to be paid for ASAP by paypalling Ian on the address provided on the booking, or as Ian has said above please PM him directly if you don’t have PayPal etc.

Lastly, the event stickers have arrived, and I’ve got to say they have come out really well! I take the hit on these personally as I just really like a little momento for everyone, and I think they will make a great collection over the years all being well. Get them for free by being at the event :)

Not much longer to go folks, really looking forward to seeing you all and the amazing cars you bring!

You have indeed, and I’ve suggested anytime in the morning but for those who would like to do the drive out to classic motor hub I’d suggest before 10.30am as the convoy will have to leave fairly early afternoon to get there.

The Classic Motor Hub site shuts at 1500 on Saturday.
It’s about an hour from C&M so I recommend leaving there around 1230 to get a decent visit/ cup of coffee etc.
I don’t see this as being necessarily a group run - we’ll give you all a route down and a slightly different route up so up to you!
Consequently I’d recommend arriving at C&M for 1030 or earlier, especially if you plan on having lunch, last year food service was extremely slow. :?
i have booked myself and majordad [Dave Whelan] for 1000 - i think he's coming in a GT3RS as neither of his classic 911 road cars are working!!
Return trip passes Diddly Squat farm - if you fancy dropping in!

We piggy backed on the Megaphonics/Boxengasse video crew last year and got the lovely little vid that you will have now all seen - free too!!
We'd love to have something similar this year but no pro crew attending and no budget!
Is there someone among us that might step up to produce something to encapsulate edition 2?
Drinks may be bought ................................

Have paid for the T-Shirt (£22) this evening, was that the only thing I ordered? I can’t quite remember that far back!

C&M also booked.

Is any travelling up from the South Coast who fancy meeting up enroute? I’m based near Worthing so will most likely go either A24/M25/M40 or A27/M27/M3/A34
