Bit of Cumbrian history for you. Lord Lonsdale, was known as the yellow earl as he loved yellow and bought everything in yellow … burnt through all the family money on his passions … had a fleet of yellow rolls Royce’s . Was the first president of the AA ( hence yellow badge) .
