I noticed both front and rear arches have been subtly rearranged, whether deliberately or not I have no idea. Interesting.

Had time for a quick Google....
Could be to determine whether correctly inflated - more relevantly to eliminate under-inflation or tire-rolling.....
One marks all four tires from the top tyre edge to the middle of the sidewalls, then drives/races - if you see the marks rubbed out, that means you are underinflated....
